Loretta Lynn's Greatest Hits Vol. II is a compilation album consisting of country artist, Loretta Lynn's biggest hit singles between 1968 and 1974. It was released in 1974.

This album was the second greatest hits compilation released by Lynn's label, Decca (Now MCA). The album ranges in a variety of songs, from her biographical, "Coal Miner's Daughter," to an angrier "Fist City."[2] The album consists of eleven tracks that were major hits for Lynn, including five of eleven number one singles, such as "Love is the Foundation" and "One's on the Way." It also includes other major hits that reached the Top 10, including "Your Squaw is on the Warpath, "Hey Loretta," and "I Wanna Be Free." No new singles were spawned from this album, however it did chart among the Top Country Albums chart, peaking at #5. The album was also certified "Gold" by the RIAA, after selling over 500,000 copies in the United States, as did her previous "Greatest Hits" package. The album has also been reissued on a CD format by MCA records in recent years.
